Stayza Inspected: an in-person property visit

Stayza Inspected identifies a property that received an approved in-person visit by a Stayza representative. The verification details also call this Site Visit Verified. It records observations on the visit date.

What the representative checks

The visit checks the property's physical existence and observes the entrance, listed room, washroom and basic listed amenities. The representative compares listing photos with observable conditions and records a checklist and visit photographs.

Read the dates and individual checks

The site-visit badge has a 12-month validity period. Where a listing shows a date beside a living condition, that condition was checked on that date. Do not assume an item without a check date was inspected. Conditions and management can change after a visit.

An observation, not a safety certificate

An in-person visit provides different evidence from a remote video call. It is not an engineering, electrical, fire, structural, health, licensing or regulatory inspection, and does not establish legal title. Confirm current conditions and rental terms yourself.

How to use it

  1. Look for Stayza Inspected or Site Visit Verified on a listing.
  2. Read the visit date and any separately dated condition checks.
  3. Contact the host about current conditions and arrange your own viewing.

Common questions

Is Stayza Inspected the same as Video Verified?

No. Stayza Inspected records an in-person property visit; Video Verified records a remote live-video review. The labels should be read separately.

Does inspection guarantee the room will be unchanged?

No. It records observable conditions at the time of the visit. Check the actual room and current amenities before agreeing to rent.
