Open any listing and use the WhatsApp, call, or inquiry buttons to reach the owner directly. There's no middleman — you arrange visits, pricing, and move-in directly with them.
A verified listing has been manually reviewed by our team and the owner's identity (CNIC) has been confirmed. The inspected badge means our team has additionally checked the property details for accuracy.
Yes. Tap the heart on any listing to save it to your favorites, and use Compare to view several stays side by side. Your recently viewed listings also appear on the home page.
Only verified seekers can leave a review, and each review is moderated before it appears. Owners can post a public response, and other users can mark reviews as helpful.
Create an owner account, complete identity (CNIC) verification, then use the listing wizard to add your hostel, shared apartment, room, or flat. Your listing goes live once our team verifies it.
Verification protects seekers and builds trust in the marketplace. We confirm owner identity and review listing details before anything goes public — this keeps Stayza free of scams and fake listings.
Yes. From your dashboard you can edit details and photos any time, archive a listing when it's full, and republish it later. Changes to key details may be re-reviewed.
When a seeker contacts you via WhatsApp, call, or the inquiry form, it's logged in your dashboard inbox and notifications so you never miss a lead. Analytics show your views and contact rates by plan tier.
Owners choose from Basic, Standard, and Premium plans. Higher tiers unlock more listings, better placement in search, richer analytics, and a lead dashboard. Seekers never pay anything.
Choose a plan, then upload your payment proof from the billing section. Our team verifies it and activates your plan — you'll get an invoice and an expiry reminder before renewal.
Refunds for owner subscription plans follow our Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we'll review your case.
Every owner is identity-verified, listings are manually reviewed, and sensitive data like CNICs is encrypted. We never share your contact details without your action, and you can report any listing or review.
Use the Report button on any listing or review. Our moderation team investigates every report and removes content that breaks our community guidelines.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive identity documents are encrypted at rest. Read our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Password & Security to set a new password, or use “Email me a reset link”. You can also sign out of every device with “Log out everywhere”.
Open Dashboard → Settings and use the Delete account option in the danger zone. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data — it cannot be undone.
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new code from the verification screen. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support and we'll help you finish verifying.
