Abdul Rehman
Founder & CEO, Stayza
Building a verified, transparent accommodation marketplace for students and professionals across Pakistan.
"Finding accommodation shouldn't require visiting dozens of properties or relying on unreliable information. My vision is to build a platform where anyone can discover verified accommodation with confidence, transparency, and ease."
Building the platform he wished existed
Abdul Rehman is the Founder and CEO of Stayza, a Pakistani accommodation marketplace built to help students and professionals find verified places to stay.
Alongside building Stayza, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). His engineering background shapes how he approaches the platform — from backend architecture to everyday usability.

The story behind Stayza
The Frustration
Hunting for a hostel in Islamabad meant browsing unverified Facebook posts, sorting through outdated photos, dealing with hidden fees, and physically trekking across the city.
The Market Gap
Students need a clearer way to compare accommodation details, understand listing checks and reach property owners directly.
The Solution
Stayza brings identity and property checks, comparable listing details and direct owner contact together. Approval requires a passed live-video review or approved physical inspection; these checks do not guarantee a tenancy's outcome.
