Two-Tier Verification
Stayza reviews host identity and listing information. Approval requires a passed live-video review or an approved physical inspection. Each badge explains the recorded check; identity review does not establish legal ownership.
Moderated Renter Reviews
Reviews come from renters who verified their identity with a CNIC, and every one is checked by our team before it goes public. Owners can't post reviews or pay to remove them.

Verified Review Charter
Stayza enforces zero tolerance for fake ratings or astroturfed reviews under Punjab Consumer Protection standards.
CNIC-Verified Reviewers
Only renters whose identity we've verified with their CNIC can leave a review, one per listing. Owner accounts can't review, including their own listings.
Owners Can't Edit Ratings
Owners can't pay to remove negative reviews or change rating averages. Ratings are calculated only from published reviews, and owners can post a public reply.
Human Moderation
Our team reads every review before publishing it and removes fake, abusive or promotional content. Every moderation decision is logged.

Stayza reviews identity and listing information. A passed live-video review is the standard property-check requirement, with an approved physical inspection accepted instead. Video Verified records a remote call; Stayza Inspected records an in-person visit. Neither certifies safety or legal ownership.
The Student Ambassador Program connects campus reps at major universities (NUST, FAST, LUMS, etc.) with renters. Ambassadors help incoming freshmen find trusted stays, organize housing guides, and earn rewards and certificates.
Yes. Once you've verified your identity with your CNIC, you can review any listing once. Every review is checked by our team before it appears publicly. Stayza doesn't process bookings, so reviews aren't tied to a confirmed stay.
Stayza charges students and other seekers no fee to search, compare or contact hosts. Rent, deposits and any agreed owner charges still apply; confirm them directly with the host.
