Stayza Compare puts up to three selected listings side by side so you can examine prices, amenities, ratings, verification information and available property details before contacting a host.
Make a practical shortlist
Add listings with the Compare control, then open Compare. Review the differences that matter to you: room arrangement, listed rent, amenities, location, reviews and availability. The comparison reflects the information available on each listing.
Understand missing information
Different accommodation types provide different fields. A blank or unavailable field does not establish that an amenity exists or is absent. Ask the host to confirm anything essential, including which charges are included in the advertised rent.
Use recommendations as a starting point
Smart Compare highlights differences and makes a recommendation from listed information. It is not a personal inspection or a promise that a listing is best for your needs. Check commute, current room condition and total cost before deciding.

- Open the comparison and use Only differences when helpful.
- Confirm the details of your preferred option directly with its host.
