A university name, nearby label or map distance does not establish walking access, travel time, university endorsement or availability. Private prices and rental terms need confirmation for the actual property and dates. We do not invent rent averages, neighbourhood rankings, partnerships, testimonials or research when reliable evidence is unavailable.

Authorship and review

An article's byline identifies the named public contributor or Stayza Editorial Team. A named reviewer and review date appear only when that information is recorded. A publication date records when a guide went live; an update date records a later change. Neither date proves that every property or transport arrangement remains unchanged.

Automated checks help find missing information, duplicate copy and technical problems. They do not establish that factual claims are true or replace editorial review.

Verification and accommodation decisions
